The Authority is a local government body and as such its formal meetings are regulated by statute and the Authority’s Procedural Rules. The full set of Procedural Rules governing the way in which the Authority transacts its business can be found on this page.
Meetings are held to consider Key Decisions which have been published in the Authority’s Forward Plan and to scrutinise proposed Executive Decisions that have been ‘called in’.
Please note – minutes from all Authority meetings are only available to download on the agenda of the next scheduled ordinary meeting. These minutes are in draft form only until formally approved at the relevant meeting. If you have any queries regarding formal minutes and resolutions, please contact the Clerk to the Authority.
